Another catch up...

Ok, so I am really far behind…. And I do apologize. With Jayson's impromptu "vacation" in April and the addition of our fur baby it got a little hectic. So, as usual a quick recap on events (probably a bit longer than "quick"). Around the second weekend I believe it was, I went to London with my friend Faith for Country 2 Country. It is a two day event of country artists performing. This is the second year that London has held this event. We got to see Rascal Flatts, Dierks Bentley, Dixie Chicks, Zac Brown Band, Brad Paisley, and a few more that I can't think of off the top of my head. About a week or two weeks after, we added Raleigh, our fur baby, to our family and it has been quite the experience. We picked her up on March 30 and Jayson left for his "vacation" on April 1, so basically the lesson from this is, if there are children in our future it's not happening if there is a planned "vacation". Just saying. So Jayson was gone for a month and during this time Raleigh and I started puppy classes together and I started my job at the movie store. Work is going pretty well, it's really simple and I am enjoying it and the people I work with. Jayson came home around the 1st of May just a few weeks before my parents and Lys came for their visit. They arrived on May 25 and left June 5. We spent 3 days in London which was a lot of fun and very exhausting at the same time. We went to the London Tower, did the big bus tour, went on the Eye and saw more than I think I can even remember. Overall having them here was a lot of fun and we really enjoyed getting to spend that time with them. I finished the spring semester with A's in all of my classes and even made it onto the Dean's List for Spring 2014!! I am taking an accounting class (online, which I think I am regretting) and a research class this summer to hopefully bring me to graduation in Germany next summer!! Keep your fingers crossed!! Jayson tested for Staff Sergeant in May and we will find out the results in either July or August, so again keep your fingers crossed for good news on that. He is also starting his college classes with Embry Riddle on the first of July. Otherwise everything here is same old same old. The weather the last few days has been really nice, like around 75 and no rain, which is the key part. It finally feels like a real summer.  I got a new computer and I don't have any of my pictures on it yet. Once I move everything over I will make another post with pictures from our visit with my parents and Lys. Love and miss everyone! I am off to bed so good night!!
This is Raleigh the day we picked her out.

This I actually took today. I sat outside for a little bit this morning studying. We don't get very many nice days so when we do we have to take full advantage of them.
